Representational Systems

Also known as sensory modalities and abbreviated to VAKOG or known as the 4-tuple,  is a postulated model from neuro-linguistic programming, a collection of theories, regarding how the human mind  processes and stores information:

The Primary Representational System is the representational system that someone most often uses to calculate experiences and show them to the world. Calculate does not always mean thinking or logic though. It can be via pictures, feelings, sounds.

Submodalities. Submodalities in NLP are fine distinctions or the subsets of the Modalities (Visual , Auditory , Kinesthetic, Olfactory , Gustatory , and Ad) that are part of each representational system that encode and give meaning to our experiences.
